ECS was established in 1987. Started as shipbrokers to dedicated accounts of Iron & Steel products and Fertilizers, they moved very quickly into Freight Contracting without loosing touch with their origin. ECS now charters vessels in the cross trade for third parties and for their own account. Inland transport to final destination can be arranged against Through Bills of Lading. The combination of expertise, inventive solutions and proven reliability are making our young and dynamic team an incomparable exception on the European chartering scene.

Coastal Chartering and Cross Trade

World wide chartering and freight contracting for any kind of cargo (also IMO classified) from and to any place on the Globe, including water connected inland destinations.

International Forwarding

ECS are Shipping Agents for an international clientele, and forwards your consignments to any place in the world via tailor-made concepts.

Warehousing and Handling

We have available over 15000 m2 dedicated warehouse space in the Antwerp port area as well as rail connected stores just outside the port where we also can stuff and strip container consignments. We accept contracts for loading and discharging of trucks, railcars and barges at keen prices.

Stevedoring

ECS negotiates your contracts for loading and discharging of Ocean going vessels, either as an intermediary, either as a contractor.
